Privacy Policy

This is the website of Darian Tries Art (Darian, an artist in Edmonton, Alberta). I keep things simple: I only collect what I need to answer you, and I never sell or share your information.

What I collect

• Messages and order requests. If you use the order/contact form, I get what you type (like your name, email and message). It's stored securely and emailed to me so I can reply.
• Workshop sign-ups. The workshop sign-up form is a Google Form, so Google's privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
• Visit stats. I use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Umami) to count page views. It doesn't track you across sites or identify you personally.

Instagram and TikTok

The site shows my own latest public Instagram and TikTok posts. To do that, my site connects to my own accountsthrough the official Instagram and TikTok APIs and reads my posts (thumbnails, captions, links and view counts). It doesn't collect anything about visitors, and it never posts on my behalf. I can disconnect it at any time from my Instagram or TikTok settings. The pictures are copied to this website, so viewing the page doesn't load anything from Instagram or TikTok.
